Clear mind. Calm body. Confident purpose.

Brain and whole-body health for busy professional women — so you can stop just surviving the week and start showing up fully again.

You're the one people count on.

The work gets done. The family runs. The calendar stays full.

And still — you wake up tired.

The afternoon crash runs your day.

Your mind won't switch off at night.

You've been told your labs are normal.

You've been told this is just what a full life feels like.

Neither answer is good enough.

IS THIS YOU?

You're holding everything together. It's costing you more than you let on.

Most days it looks like you have it handled. These are the things that say otherwise:

  • Brain fog that makes ordinary decisions feel heavy

  • Fatigue a full night's sleep doesn't touch

  • Anxiety humming under the surface, even on good days

  • The afternoon crash you plan the rest of your day around

  • Sleep that won't come, or won't stay

This isn't weight loss, a cleanse, or a protocol handed to everyone.

It's lab-guided care and nervous system regulation, built around you.

WHAT WE HELP WITH

Symptoms that don't travel alone

Brain fog, exhaustion, anxiety, and bloating rarely have separate causes.

We look at how your whole system is running — and at what your labs actually show.

Brain Fog & Focus

Losing words mid-sentence, rereading the same paragraph, decisions that used to be easy

Energy & Crashes

Waking up tired, the two o'clock wall, running on caffeine and willpower

Anxiety & Overwhelm

A system stuck in overdrive, and a mind that won't switch off at night

Sleep & Recovery

Trouble falling asleep, waking at three, sleep that doesn't restore

Digestion & Bloating

Bloating, irregularity, and food that quietly stopped agreeing with you

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Lab-guided care and nervous system regulation, together

Most women here don't need more discipline.

They need someone to look at the whole picture — and the data to back it up.

Instead of managing symptoms one at a time, we look at:

  • What your labs actually show, not just whether they land in range

  • How your nervous system is handling the load you're under

  • Sleep, circadian rhythm, and recovery

  • Blood sugar, hormones, and energy production

  • Inflammation and gut function

This is care that explains what you're experiencing rather than dismissing it.

THE PROGRAM

The Clarity & Energy by Design Program

Five months of working together, for women who are done guessing.

Your first visit is in person in Kennesaw; every visit after that is on Zoom.

MONTH - 01

Intake & Labs

Your in-person visit in Kennesaw, lab work chosen for your situation, then a Zoom review of what we found

MONTH - 02

The Plan Begins

We start the plan and work out what's hard to fit into a real week

MONTH - 03

Adjust

We review what's changed and change what isn't working

MONTH - 04

Refine

We tune the plan around how your body is responding

MONTH - 05

Carry It Forward

We keep what's working and build the habits you carry after the program ends

THE METHOD

The Clarity & Calm by Design Method

Every plan follows the same four steps.

The order matters — we don't change things before we understand them.

01 - Clarify Your Story & Signals

Your full history, your symptoms, and the patterns you've stopped noticing

02 - Design Your Root-Cause Plan

What we're addressing, in what order, and why — in writing

03 - Calm & Reset Your System

Nervous system regulation alongside the physical work

04 - Align & Restore Long Term

Refine what's working and build what you keep

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER

Meet Dr. Danielle Pichette, DC

I work with women who are doing a great deal and feeling worse for it. Not because they aren't trying hard enough, but because nobody has looked at the whole picture.

My work sits where brain health and whole-body health meet — what your labs show, how your nervous system is handling the load, and what your week actually asks of you.

First visits happen in person here in Kennesaw. Everything after that is on Zoom, so the work fits into a real schedule instead of competing with it.

IS THIS A FIT?

This is for you if

You've been told your labs are normal, but you know something is off.

CLARITY

You carry real responsibility and can't keep running at half capacity.

CAPACITY

You'd rather have a plan built for you than a protocol built for everyone.

A PLAN THAT FITS

FAQs

Questions women ask before they book

Do you take insurance?

No. This is a direct-pay practice, which means what we do and how much time we spend is decided by what you need rather than what a plan will cover. I provide receipts you can submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement.

Do I have to come to Kennesaw?

Your first visit is in person here in Kennesaw so I can do a thorough intake. Every visit after that is on Zoom.

Is this a replacement for my doctor?

No. This work is designed to sit alongside your existing medical care, not replace it. Keep your physician in the loop, and keep taking anything they've prescribed unless they tell you otherwise.
